Dr. Julie Dauvillier is a french equine vet, diplomate of the ACVIM and the ECEIM.
As for her formation, she graduated from the National Vet school of Alfort in 2003. After completing an internship in equine practice at the Veterinary Faculty of St Hyacinthe (University of Montreal), she practiced as a general equine practitioner for 2 years before completing a residency in equine internal medicine in St Hyacinthe. she became an ACVIM and ECEIM diplomat. Back in Europe in 2010, worked in a large equine practice specialized in orthopaedics working with high level sport horses (Clinique Equine des Bréviaires) before joining ESMP for 5 years. Then she worked for the largest equine hospital in France (Centre Hospitalier Vétérinaire du Livet) for a year before creating her own ambulatory referral practice based in the south of France called VET INSIDE.
She lives near Bordeaux, in the South-West of France, and practice as a referring vet in equine cardiology, internal medicine and sports medicine in France and Europe (www.vetinside.fr). She have a particular interest in performance horses and the possibilities we have, as vets, to bring them to their optimal shape and level.
